Thanks for your interest in running a Group Order for my product.
Please read this page carefully before opening a GO for my merch and feel free to email me if you have any concerns or inquiries about the process.
- GENERAL RULE
(1) There’s no minimum quantity required.
(2) There’s no discounted price for a group order.
(3) No specific slots for in-stock items are reserved for a group order.
(5) Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for any additional costs or delays due to customs.
- HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
I highly recommend you use a shipping forwarder company as many other Group Order manager does. That would be the most safest and cheapest way to manage a GO. There’re 3 option you can choose for shipping for your GO items.
(1) Shipping to Korea address (In case you use shipping forwarder company) : The domestic shipping cost within Korea is flat rate of 4 USD and your order will be delivered via Korea Post which takes 1-2 working days to anywhere in South Korea.
(2) Shipping to your country directly with DHL express : The total price will differ depending on your country and total weight of your orders. But it will start from 30~40 USD.
(3) Shipping to your country directly with standard shipping : This option is only available for small GO (less than 200 USD) for safety reason. And it would be available only in case your country is included in my shipping available countries.
In general, there are two types of group order for my merch and the way of placing an order and the payment method would be different depending on the type of orders. Please refer to below for further informations.
- GROUP ORDER FOR PRE-ORDER ITEMS
(1) I only take a pre-order when I’m 99% sure there’d be no delay or issues during production. It may applied to the merch like acrylic keychains, standees, stickers or washi tapes. I usually use a Korean manufacturer for that kind of merch which I can fully trust with quality work despite the heavy costs of production. So there would be no limit in quantity which means you don’t need to rush into your orders.
(2) I would not take a pre-order for an enamel pin since I don’t want to get stressed by a lot of issues or delays which happen very often in pin production. So all of my pins are produced at my own expenses and would not be available for pre-order. This decision is only for my mental health and hope you guys understand.
(3) Your order will be placed via email and there will be two type of options for the payment you can choose. (Transfer via Korea bank account / Paypal) If you want to pay in KRW, then the exchange rate for the product price is 1 USD = 1,100 KRW.
- GROUP ORDER FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS
(1) All the group orders for in-stock items should be placed only through my website with payment via Paypal like other personal orders. I know you may struggle for getting all the items you want under these conditions, but I think this is the best way for ensuring everyone has a fair chance for a limited number of items.
(2) Stock is very limited. So please keep in mind that you may fail to order if the items sell out really fast. Once the status of the listing is changed to SOLD OUT, then there’s no other way you make an order. I can not restock the items as per your request since there’re so many things to consider before restocking. Normally, a manufacturer requires a high enough MOQ, so I need enough interest before deciding to restock. And sometimes I can’t proceed to restock because of some issues of the manufacturer. So please understand the difficulties in restocking and you’d better hurry for checking out once the shop is open.
(3) In case you had to place multiple orders, please make sure you put the same recipient’s name and the same shipping address on your orders. Then, I can make your orders combined automatically.
(4) (NEW) There can be a limit on purchase quantity for some of popular items in my shop, which means only small GOs are available for a certain product. To be more specific, systemically you will not be allowed to purchase in quantities of more than 5 for the specific items. You will get to know the precise information on my IG which items will be affected by this rule for upcoming shop opening.
